Tier 2 General Dependent - Child Born in UK

Do children born in UK to parents on Tier 2 need a visa to stay in the UK if they will not be travelling ?

No. But they will be subject to pay for NHS after 3 months , upto 200%. So its always good to have dependant visa for the kids as long as your ILR is not due in that time.
