Thanks mate for quick reply.. Just one thing i want to know if you dont mind , exactly what did you say to bank that why do you need such type of letter?LBS wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2017 2:26 pmHi. I cannot upload the bank letter for obvious reasons.
However, letter stated this.
To whom it may concern;
This letter confirms that amount £50,000 was transferred from <name> personal account to < business account name> on following dates:
1: 2nd January 2017- Amount: £14,000
2: 4th March 2014 - Amount: £17,000
Etc
It was along these lines. nothing major.
Thanks mate for prompt reply and help..i would ask my bank manager that i need a transaction letter which were made from personal account to business account! Lets see what they say..finger crossed.LBS wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2017 3:28 pmI bank with Barclays, and I spoke to my business manager he was pretty cool about it.
You can directly meet your business manager or phone them and request for this letter. They cannot say NO to you. Because its your account and you are basically requesting for the record of transactions which was made.
They may say that they do not do such letters, but you will have to pressurise them.
Rest is your luck buddy. All the best.
Hi,kaps84 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2017 4:15 pmCongrats @LBS !
Could you please give us some more insight into your case?
Like, DL or Share Capital ?
Type of business?
Home based or separate office? - Any documents in this regard?
what all documents did you send (except the identity documents and maintenance funds)? - Specifically looking for employee payment related (except payslips), like RTI/FPS, P30, P32, P45, P60, CT600, etc.
Any VAT or corporation tax document ?
Any additional documents against "Genuine Entrepreneur test"
Any advertising / Marketing document?
Any client or supplier records? or any documents related to that?
Any certificates? insurance, membership or anything else?
Anything else, that you would like to list specifically ?
Was you employee from a remote location? (like in a different city or in a different UK country ?)LBS wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 12:27 pm
Separate office ( Employee was working from home)
CT600 shows that tax I believe for company.
No cdocuments against genuine Entrepeneur test. what I will advise for this is. Make sure you have a nice company website, good business cards, also have good letter heads which look professional.
First of all, congratulations on your successful application.LBS wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 12:27 pm
This is it really and all other documents regarding your company. There is no need to send Business bank statements as this is not a requirement. You can send your accounts which will show your investment.
Only send business bank statements if asked by Home office.

And I totally agree with the need to send minimal documents, as you have done.
Good job also with getting the letter from you bank.
However, your statement that there is no need for Business bank statement is incorrect.
Clause 46-SD (a)(iii) of the Immigration rules specifically asks for that :
(iii) If the applicant has made the investment in the form of a director’s loan, it must be shown both in the relevant set of financial accounts provided, and through readily identifiable transactions in the applicant’s business bank statements, which must clearly show the transfer of this money from the applicant to his business.
It is BOTH accounts AND bank statements, not just accounts.
It appears your CW accepted the letter from the bank in lieu of the bank statement probably exercising the evidential flexibility that they have, but it would be wrong to assume that bank statements are not needed.
Employee was in remote location but in same city, I mentioned that our business promote Agile working therefore employees are working remotely.kaps84 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 2:15 pmQuoting the subset, for further questions:

CT600 is for the corporation tax - Did you send this?
I can understand the company website, but did you send your business card ? Also, what did you use the letter head for? - was it for cover letter?
where did you mention it? It seems like you sent a letter backing your business and future plans. Is it the case ? - kindly shed some light.
A cover letter was sent which explained what documents I have attached.kaps84 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 4:17 pmThanks LBS for being patient and answering my questions. I am asking further questions, to get more clarity.
Quoting only the required, for further questions:
