SET(O) form query - version(10/2017)

Post by iforilr » Wed Dec 27, 2017 5:40 pm

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a wonderful christmas.

I am applying for ILR through Tier 2 general route. I do have a query on one of the section of the form which is explained below.

Section 12- Documents:

12D Tier 2 Migrant (Page 77)

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

Could anyone please help me on what document does the HO mean through this question.

Thanks in advance

See here indefinite-leave-to-remain/set-o-04-17- ... l#p1569195

Depends how you qualify for ILR.

Hi desperado1306,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Yes, I am qualifying for ilr by being with the same sponsor all 5 years in tier 2.

So shall I just not tick that box and submit the application.

Many thanks for your speedy response on this.
