SOS I NEED YOUR HELP TO WRITE A LETTRE TO HOME OFFICE

Hi guys,
I 'm married since 2010 to my husband French Citizen and we have 2 childrens both french.
I came in uk since june january 2011 and have our 2nd child born in uk. After july 2011 ,I apply for my EEA 5 years résidence card and i got it .
After 2012, I was abused for domestic violence and left the house from febuary 2013 .
I live in uk ,work too since 2011 so 6 years in january 2018 , 7 years .
I try to divorce but my husband still refused to aggree to divorce , so will still mariried .
I try to apply my permanente residence card because I'm still married and have 2 kids french too. After ŕeceive my Coa , i find a new job
From 24 of decembre 2017 HM send refused decision , and they ask me a divorce paper .
How to provide that if i'm still married !!
Does any know how to deal with my case

Were you married in the UK or abroad?

You will need the registry office at the place where the marriage took place to provide you a copy of your marriage certificate.
