Tier 1 - Entrepreneur: appointing spouse as director to the limited company used for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa process

Hi All,

I am currently in the UK on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and I am the sole director of the limited company which we used for the visa application process.

Now that we are in the UK on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and my spouse on Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant visa, we were wondering if we can add my spouse as the director of the limited company used for visa application.

Please advise if adding the spouse to the same limited company will impact the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa renewal process. Also, will it complicate things during our stay in the initial term?

There are no complications at all. You are free to appoint anyone else as a Director or employee
