ILR for Dependant

Hi Lovely People
Can someone help me with this. I nees to know when I can apply for my spouse ILR. I am or was main applicant

Time Line
Main applicant Tier 1 July 2010 ( 2 + 3)
Main applicant extension June 2012
Main applicant ILR June 2015
Main applicant naturalisation October 2016

Dependant Entry Clearance 22 November 2012 as Tier 1 G partner valid till July 2015
Entry to UK 10 February 2012 and has lived here since then
Dependant PBS dependant extension June 2015 valid till June 2018.

we are ready for ILR application but dont know when can we apply.
90 days rule mean we can apply now or 28 day rule is applicable which means around 13 January ?

Any advise will be apprecaited

I think you have got wrong date. She must have entered in the UK 10th Feb 2013

If this is the case she can apply within 28 days 10th Feb 2018 i.e. Saturday, 13 January 2018

Sorry its a typing mistake. entry visa issues in November 2012 and entry on 10 Feb 2013, within first 90 days

She can apply on/from Saturday, 13 January 2018

Just for your information since you are british citizen once your spouse get ILR she can apply for naturalization directly she will not have to wait for one year to qualify.

looking at set o form, it appears not many documemts are needed

Yes, you don't require too many.

SET O form
Passport
BRP
Life in the UK Test
English Test

Two years proof of cohabitation (different dates spanning last two years

(Not all as many as you have)

- Bank statements (Joint)
- Tenancy Agreement (Joint) with letter from letting agent
- Counil Tax Notice
- Driving Licence (if she has one)
- Poll Cards / Electoral vote registration
- Lettere from GP that you and your spose are registered
- Marriage certifacte
- if you have kids then their birth certificates
