Minor error on Application Form

Hi,

There is section of application form where is says 'Form Completed By' which takes details from the Visa4Uk website account and it doesn't come in the preview section of the application form. It is attached as a footer later when the application form PDF is generated.

I am having a problem that my family name is appearing twice on that field. So instead of what should have been 'RAVIN XXXX' it is shown as 'RAVIN XXXXX XXXXX'. All the details on the form itself are correct.

Should I contact someone or this is not that important? If yes, who should I contact to get this corrected?
