P60's for ILR

Post by iforilr » Sat Dec 30, 2017 2:52 pm

Hi all,

I am nearing my peo appointment next week for ILR. I am qualifying for ILR through 5 year continous residence in Tier 2.

My salary reached above 35k threshold(to 35,400k from 34,500k) in March 2017. I have got last 5 years p60's from April 2013 to April 2017.The last p60's of April 2017 shows 34,377.

Now questions is,
1) Is it fine to submit the p60's of last 5 years which would show the annual salary as below 35k.

2) Is it fine to keep payslips from May 2017 as an evidence of me earning above the 35k threshold.

Regards,
iforilr

Whats your SOC code? Also, why your salary was incremented? Was it part of annual increment?

Hi makky86,

Thanks for your speedy response.

My SOC code is - 2136

Yes my salary was incremented as part of annual payrise in March 2017.

And my current salary is 36,450.

There is no need to provide P60. This document is not required as per guidance notes. Dont provide unncessary docs

CW can see your salary details for each month since you have had Tier 2. Its all available in HMRC

You can sign up and see

https://online.hmrc.gov.uk/account

Provide
  • Last 3 months bank statmeents showing the salary deposited
  • Last 3 months payslips (Should not be older than one month from your appointment date)
  • Employer letter confrming your SOC code, gross salary, number of hours and also it should state you're required for forseeeable future.
(Should not be older than one month from your appointment date)
2) Is it fine to keep payslips from May 2017 as an evidence of me earning above the 35k threshold.
No need. Just provide 3 months , see my above comment.

Alot of people provide unncessary docs which are not even listed in the guidances notes !!!!
