Elgibility of UK born Child for BC in future

Hi All,
I had applied for naturalisation of uk.
I have been granted ILR on 19/02/14.
I sent my application on 01/09/2015 for naturalisation and it has been refused on 31/3/17 then I went in reconsideration and that also has been refused on 19/12/17 coz of TOEIC.
My baby born 12/12/17 and I have sent my baby British passport application on 23/12/17. I did get text message reply that until 20/01/17 you will get passport.
My question is will this refusal of naturalisation will effect on my baby passport?????????
If anyone can tell me please will be thankful
My ILR is still ok and they did not revoke it.
Please anyone if can give me suggestions

Hi All,
I had applied for naturalisation of uk.
I have been granted ILR on 19/02/14.
I sent my application on 01/09/2015 for naturalisation and it has been refused on 31/3/17 then I went in reconsideration and that also has been refused on 19/12/17 coz of TOEIC. And coz TOEIC they said not good character and said you can’t get British passport till 31/3/2027. But they also said that you can apply fresh application but most likely it will not be successful till 31/3/2027.
