ILR query

Post by Muna2017 » Sun Dec 31, 2017 1:53 pm

Hi and happy new year.
I am applying for ILR soon. I am currently on tier 2 visa. I have two childern, (less than 18yr) both born in the uk and both on tier 2 dependent visa expiring September 2018, same as mine. I will be applying for ILR first on my own and once got permanent residence will apply to register them as uk citizens.
My question: i mentioned both maternity leaves I had in my application and will be providng their birth certificate as a proof. Do I need to submit other documents of my children eg passport and ILR despite that i am not including them in my ILR application?
Regards

You'd need to get the letter from the employer as well that you were being paid during the maternity leave or the salary was reduced due to it!

You won't need any other docs, take birth certificates in case they ask !
