If you could state what the actual reason for refusal was please?

........

Refusal reason of ILR LR was the same which they have given in EEA PR. Do we have to make it clear and justify the reason of refusal then I can get my ILR LR?

Please advise...
Thanks Char for merging OP's post.

I doubt that the ILR application will succeed, as the same test applied to EU regulation PR is applicable to ILR under the long residence.
If they refuse the PR, then the SET(LR) application was a non-starter.

If the PR succeeds, then there was no need for ILR.

Dear Gurus,

My hearing date is 1st June 2018 in Wales. I'm residing in London.

Will update you all about the outcome, appeal bundle which included all documents along with grounds of appeal has already been sent.

Many thanks for all the guideline.

Hi Gurus,

Today my appeal is dismissed. By the way I have been in UK since June 2004 still no ILR or PR.

And they told me that i got 14 days to appeal against this decision in upper decision.

My question is:

Is there an hearing as well in upper tribunal or it is just in writing? Please advise gurus.

Many thanks.

Upper Tribunal permission has always been on paper. Permission is sought on papers.

I guess you must be one of your lawyer's most treasured clients.

I wish you all the best for the future.

Dear Obie sir and respected gurus,

My right to work was finished last year and in december they revoked my SIA licence as well.

My FTT appeal was dismissed and I appealed in the UT in time according to the guideline.

Now yesterday I saw that SIA licence is active now as it stated that it was active on 22 june 2018 the day UT received my appeal.

Does it mean anything? it was honestly a surprise for me it should only be active if my UT appeal is allowed or i got right to work but i didn't receive anything from UT or from UKVI.

Please advise regarding this!

Many thanks.

Hello Obie Sir and Respected Guru's

Today my UT appeal rejected. I don't know the exact reason as my solicitor's assistant phoned and told me and I am going to see him on Wednesday.

Can anyone please advise if i take this to High Court what is the fee of High Court?

Many thanks

Hi All,

An update and may be it will help someone.

My history you can check the thread.

I changed my solicitor and this time he is a proper solicitor. He said i should not have varied my application to 10 year ILR LR when my EEA PR was refused.

So what he did was to sent a letter to tribunal to reopen EEA PR appeal out of time which was withdrawn last year in feb 2017 and i made a fresh application.

Last week tribunal allowed under exceptional circumstances to go ahead a for the appeal but it will be out of time.

And today i received a letter from FTT for hearing date in march 2019.

My solicitor is more emphasising on EEA PR refusal. He will send the skeleton arguements and grounds of appeal in due course.

Hopefully this time there will be something positive.

Many thanks.

Hello all,

On 15th April I had a hearing (Regarding EEA PR refusal)

But a very bad one, HO representative was very harsh.

The very first question was
"What is that thing which is stopping you to go back"

Well the hearing last 20mins. But it wasn't good at all.

Look like i will loose the appeal, it is very frustrating to be honest.

Lets see what will be the outcome i am still waiting. My barrister was an ex tribunal retired Judge he fought well and final submission by my barrister was good too.

But chances are less. HO respresentative said he should be send back.

Lets see. Its not easy guys. It will be 15 years in June 2019 and legally.

I will update you about the outcome.
