Is there any change in EC procedures after MAR-01-2008?

Hi Friends,

I have got my HSMP Approval on Dec-10-2007. I am going to apply the EC from Chennai - India by this month end.

Could you people let me know if there is any change after MAR-01-2008 in the UK - EC(Entry Clearance) application process? I dont want to miss any documents and fee structure information.
