ILR for my Husband

Post by edrelle » Wed Mar 12, 2008 10:02 pm

I started working here in UK in Nov 2003 on a working permit visa and I pass my Life in the UK test already and ready for my ILR in Nov this year, Am I right? My husband just arrive here in UK last March 8 2007 and starting reviewing for Life in the UK test. Is he eligible for ILR as well when I applied mine this Nov 2008?

Please enlighten me on this matter. thanks

Yes,he can apply for ILR along with you,as long as he is on a dependent visa. You can include him as your dependent on the SET(O) form when you apply in 11/08
