Pro-rata earnings under Tier 1.

Can anyone please tell me if under the new rules of Tier 1, salary earned in the past 10 months will be pro-rated?
I have 10 salary slips earned in UK. With a proof that i have been working for the last 12 months, will me past 10 month earnings in UK be pro-rated?
