Tier 2 extension new employer

Hi All,
I am currently applying for tier 2 extension with a new employer.
and one of the questions is asking :
(Level of qualification?

Do you have one of the following qualifications? (Required)
This must be from a recognised or listed body and obtained in your last period of continuous leave in the UK.

1.a UK Bachelor's degree

2.a UK Master's degree

3.a UK Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDip)

4.a UK Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

5.at least one year's PhD study in the UK

6.none of the listed qualifications)

this is a new question as I have applied 6 months ago in august for extension.
please any guidance on what does it mean and how to answer.

Which form you're referring to? What is your current qualificiation?
