Do i need to inform home office about renewal of passport

Do i need to inform home office about renewal of passport

Hi Gurus,

My visa vignette was stamped in my old passport in the year 2016 and I got BRP from that. On July/2017 I renewed my passport but I haven't informed this to home office yet.
Do I need to inform home office about renewed passport ?
