Is 96 reporting 5 weeks this time . Advise please

I have flr fp waiting for a decision and I am currently reporting with is96 once a month since April this year.
I live with my wife but I am primary carer to my child because of wife's incapacity to care for the child and it's officially recognised by children's services and she also gets disability benefits.
I have filed for a judicial review after a PAP against home office to rescind my temporary admission status relying upon zombrano judgment.
Please advice me what impact it can have on my flr fp application in either case loosing jr or wining?
Am I inviting trouble?
Can they tackle me by deliberatly delaying my flr fp decision or refusing it ?
I am confident about this JR success but I am
Worried as I still don't want them to discriminate against me because of this.

Dear members
I have flr fp pending and go for reporting 4 weekly.
I reported on 12 December and next reporting was supposed to be 9 of January 2018.
But they asked me to report on 16 of January this time which is a week later than it was due.
And the immigration officer also asked me to confirm who my GP is.
I initially thought it maybe new year holiday but I just realised that there is no official holidays that week.
Could it be a surprise interview or potential detention?
Any advice appreciated.thanks

Not necessarily. When did you send your application?

They did the same to me 2 weeks before I was detained. They changed my reporting date and asked me many questions such as who my GP was, if I was feeling well and so on.

When I arrived on the scheduled date/time, they detained me. But my application was pending for approximately 10 months.

My application is pending now for over an year.
I can’t really understand why they should detain me I am full time carer to 2 my children and no one else to look after them if I am detained.
Did they give you decision on your application soon after that and how did you get release then?

I can't say you'll be detained. You have to wait and see. I was released on bail because the judge was satisfied that I didn't apply as a tourist and I'm married to a British citizen in the UK.

I was served with the decision on that day and was detained straight away.

They only asked about gp and then said come back on 16 jan.
Hopefully they don’t detain me.
Maybe they are working on my case.
Do you think it could be that they serve me the decision on that day in person even it’s a grant of leave ?

Well, if they only asked you about your GP, then you should be ok. Perhaps they just wanted to update your profile. Again, I don't know.
