Applying EEA & Voluntary Departure

Post by nasa001 » Wed Jan 03, 2018 8:03 pm

Hello guys, i would like to ask some question.

I was overstay 4 months in UK after my visitor visa expired.
Home office catch me working illagaly.
They took me to the detention centre and I stay there a month and a half after it I went back my home country with Voluntary Departure.

When I was in uk I met my wife (at the moment), we got in a relatioship around 8 months and when I left the UK (voluntary) she came with same flight with me and we got married one month later, but we just signed the papers, we did not make any celebration or ceremony, because we want to celebrate after my wife finishes her university studies.

We stayed in Turkey and she left after two months to go back to university. I got turist visa to visit my wife and her family two months later.
And then after 16 days on holidays in Spain we went back to Turkey for 20 days, while we arranged the papers to make oficial our marriage and get the UE family groupation visa to live with her in Spain.
I got EU Family Visa, I came to Spain and I apply Resident Permission Card and after two months, finally I got my card.
Last 7 months we are living in Spain and due to my wife's studies, we are planning to go back the UK again

- If we apply, do you think it will affect to refuse because of we did not have any celebrated ceremony? Though we have more than 2000 pictures in between England, Turkey and Spain.
- Do you think it will also affect the fact that I have been deported with voluntary departure?

Waiting help thank you so much.
