Hi
Could someone please clarify if breaks in employment is still counted towards 24-month full time employment required for ILR under old rules.
ex. employee 1 in 2016 worked fulltime for 2 months and started working again fulltime since July 2017 for 6 months.
so, can I count employee 1 months count for ILR as 6 months or 8 months?
