ok the first one makes sense, but the second one, marriage vistor? thats not the same as the marriage settlement? It says if you are planning to stay you need the top one.
They are different.

The first option is for Fiancé(e)s/proposed civil partners who wishes to settle. They may switch to FLR(M) after marriage.

The second option is for visitors. They must leave the UK before their visa expires.
