surname mismatch on my passport and my parents passport

Hi Experts

I am on Tier-2 General visa and would like to call my parents for 2-3 months on visit visa to UK. I want to sponsor my parents but the problematic part is, surname of my parents on my passport does not matches with the surname on their passport, is it a problem ? If yes any solution to overcome the situation ?

Ex:- My passport , Fathers Name :- Anant Goyal
Mother's name:- Meghna Goyal

My parents passport:- Fathers Name :- Anant Agarwal
Mother's name:- Meghna Agarwal

Though all the bank statements and other relevant documents of my parents are with "Agarwal" as their surname.
