Visa extension information

Post by Ishaheen » Sun Jan 07, 2018 8:52 am

Hi. I am a ILR holder. My husband is here on my dependent , he is going for extension in few weeks time.we are combining our incomes under category A Non salaried,6 month pay slips and bank statements. My husband has zero hour contract so one week he hasn't got any work with zero earning and no pay slip .should this effect his visa application. I shall be very grateful if some expert give me answer.

It would help if you could post the level of each of your earnings over the last 6 month period.

For anyone to advise, you will need to list each of your earnings per month during the 6 month period.

In which case, if the lowest month is taken and multiplied by 12, you will still meet the £18,600 minimum income level. (Assuming this month's doesn't fall below).

Isn’t that how you work out SALARIED employment ? She said it was non - salaried. Therefore it will be added then divided by 6 then multiplied by 12 Right ?
