Birth registration of Children eligible for Indian nationality

Hi ,
I have applied for Indian nationality for my child who is born in UK.
MHA File status online still show Harcopy received
I have applied in HCI London .
I wanted to know how long it will take & do we get any mail that it is ready to collect at HCI London.
