ICT Tier 2 dependent child visa to Tier 4 visa

Dear Immigration boards members,

I am in UK on ICT Tier 2 visa since Aug 2013 and will have to leave UK in Aug 2018. My son came with me as dependent and did his A levels in UK and now he is doing second year of a bachelors degree course in a UK University. He needs one more year to complete his degree in 2019. Can my son switch to Tier 4 student visa category within UK to complete his education? He is now 20 years old and his current dependent visa will expire in Aug 2018.

Unfortunately, no. 245ZX(b) fails, as he is a PBS dependant and not a Tier 2 migrant.
