my family route visa for 10 years , first extension due

Hi EVERYONE ,

my first extension in (10 years family route on childrens basis ) for 2.5 years is due in oct , can someone please help me with the documents as I am very much confused about it .

I have my husband and 2 kids with 18years and 14 years respectively ( just a brief for my family ) . We both work and don't claim any benefits . Can please any moderator or experienced member advice me on it .
