EMPLOYING APPRENTICES

Post by bizman » Mon Jan 08, 2018 5:31 pm

Hello Gurus

I want to ask everyone here of your opinion on employing apprentices to work with an entrepreneur. Is allowed or not by the rule.

I am actually of the opinion that it is allowed as the rule does not differentiate the type of employee that should be employed.

One of my friends has employed four apprentices and he is now afraid it is not allowed and his ILR aplication is due shortly.

Your comments will be appreciated.

There is nothing in the rules against that. Apprentices have regular employment conditions.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
