Extended Family member Netherlands

Hey Guys
i want to share my timeline, i applied for schengen visit visa in which i showed my job it was rejected on the base of not having strong ties.
Then i applied for family visit visa because one of my brother is already in Netherlands working and exercising treaty rights. It was rejected too on the base of i used fraud. They did not mention anything else but i think it is because i showed previously i am working but then on later visa i showed dependency on family member.


I recently sent an appeal, i want to ask what is easiest to join family member in
Netherlands.
I appreciate all replies.
