Ireland CSEP VISA from UK for Indian Passport

I am staying in UK from past 3 years and currently on Inter company VISA. I Just got an offer in Dublin, Ireland and they are now processing my work permit (CSEP). I will have it by Jan second week 2018. Then I have to apply for the VISA in London Irish Embassy. Could you please help me with your inputs on the below points:

1 - Any job Aid, document, link that I can refer to for filling the VISA application?
2 - How long will it take for the passport to come back from the day of submission?
3 - What is the VISA cost per person? I will be applying for myself and my wife.
