Name change on Indian passport

Hello everyone,

My son currently have the Indian passport – he was born in the UK in 2014. He (and all of us) are on ILR (now for >12 months). I have changed his name recently and got it approved by the court (deed is done). How do I change his passport (with old name) to a new passport (with new name)? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
