Tier 2 Sponsorship Cancellation after failing OSCE

I failed my OSCE (an exam required by NMC for registration which non-EEA nurses have to pass within 8 months) and so my employer has to cancel my sponsorship.

While waiting for my curtailment letter from the home office, can I still work for the same employer? If yes, until when can I work for them since I was not able to find another sponsor?

Hello there! I am in the same situation as you. I am in Cheltenham, GLoucestershire. I also have the same questions. I failed my second attempt with the OSCE last January 29. Maybe we can help each other.

I am in the same predicament and I honestly do not know where to turn, I am out of work, have rent and bills to pay, plus have to repay the nhs..god knows, is there any way around this..my question is why make such a minuscule timeframe when they know darn well that is takes longer than 8 months...
