HSMP renewal due in Feb'09

Hi, all

I am really confused about so many Tier 1 chages, one simple query.
My current HSMP for 2 years going to be expired in Feb-2009.
Do I need to do anything now? or its all will be done next year at the time
of renewal.

FYI,I was granted for 2 years in Feb'07.
