Permanent Residence for my child

Post by Megyxu » Fri Jan 12, 2018 11:06 am

Hello, thank you for attention.
My husband and myself have a PR. We asked for it for the both of us and for my child, My child PR wasn´t accepted because he was 4´5 years old at that moment.
sMy question is if I can ask for his PR card on his own being my husband the sponsor or Should I use the EEA (PR) or are there another document?
Thank you again.

What date you or your husband acquired PR. if it is before the child was born then he/she is british you should apply for British passport. if PR is acquired after the child birth then you need to register the baby as british it will cost you like £900 or something/

The form EEA(PR) is the only method for applying, either for DCPRs or for PR cards.

Thank you for your help. I'll apply using the EEa(PR) again.
