Refusal Letter for the second time

Dear All,

Please note that I applied for a standard Visitor Visa first time and I got refusal letter, I went to a lawyer to support me in my next application, although the lawyer provide a good supporting letter but the second application was also refused.

The main issue I have is that I am in the process of applying for sole representative visa to the UK, I am concerned that the two refusals may affect my application to the sole representative Visa, I need an advice whether or not to apply for the third time in case that is recommended.

In case that the refusal letters will not affect the sole representative visa, can I apply directly to the sole Representative visa, please advise.

The refusal was unduly harsh. Challenge them via JR. Many Egyptian dont get paid through bank, they get paid in cash and keep their money at home under their bed. When they want to evidence their funds, the deposit it in the bank. The lack of flexibility shown is wholly unfair.
