EU Family Member & Married in Pakistan , wanna bring wife over to Uk

Hi there,

My Name is Arslan

So i have been stuck for 2 years + as everyone said there is nothing you can do other than just wait until i get in-depended as my Visa is ending Sep 2019

My dad confirmed from our lawyer twice before the Nikah/mirage if i can easily bring my wife here in UK and he said yes and it will be easy
but when we cam back to UK he said it's not possible 2 years ago

now i'm depended on my dad as my dad have Spanish Passport and my 2 brothers

me and my mum still on Pakistani Passport with 5 year Visa ending sep 2019

i try to find a way to bring my wife here but only simple solution i see is as a student which os costly and just not really worth it because by next year i'll be in-depend and she needs to go back and i have to do everything as a British law to do it again .......hope you get my point ( correct me if i'm wrong )


So in simple Words : i'm EU depend on my dad ( i have Spanish resident Card of 5 years ) and married in Pakistan
i'm a Trader online self employed and do earn Good more than day Job which is not an issue of not having job that can be done too ( i use too work in mobile shop full time i can still start and get pay slips )

BTW i'm almost 22 Years Old

i just want a way to bring my wife here right way as 1 lawyer in London told me not to even mention to uk GOV that i'm married being depended on my dad ( correct me on this please if true or not )

It's written on my Visa that i'm allowed to do Business then why i can't marry someone being depended ?

I'll Really appreciate if someone can help me on this and show me any way to bring my wife here in UK

Are you in UK at present? You mentioned you have 5 year spanish residence card, is this the UK one.

I think it is only human right law that you can apply. The lawyer's advise is clearly wrong.
