Naturalisation for Children on DLR

Post by lady_danger » Sat Jan 13, 2018 9:18 am

I have two children 7 and 10 both on DLR till April 2018 .The children are not citizens of any country and they were born in the UK but were dependants on my applications . Can they apply for naturalisation as their father was granted ILR last year .

Thank you in advance

Yes, if they were born in the UK. For children, it's registration, not naturalisation. Need proof that a parent has ILR and child was born in the UK, etc. MN1 Form should give details of what documents they expect.
