60 Days + Unemployment gap with New rules

Hi, i like to know about new immigration rules, If this applies on me.

i am due to apply for ILR from TIER 2 in april 2018 i have one complication which i want to clarify.

I applied for tier 2 on 30 january 2013 got visa on 4 April 2013 visa expired in april 2016, in april my company lost the license with my extension application in pending. company kept fighting to get back the license while my application on pending and after biometric fingerprints no response from HO until October 2016 when they refused the application, and then got refused because of no license. then i found new company and applied for the visa within 15 days of refusal. got the visa within 1 month. and i am currently working with new company and i am due to apply for ILR in april 2018 as it would complete 5 years. visa is valid till april 2019. i have been paying full TAX from april 2013 - August 2016 as my employer made me redundant because of no visa but application was still in pending and i wasnt working but finding new job. start paying tax again from December 2016 and onwards. so basically i was unemployed for 3 months and not paid tax for 3 months. i like to know with the new rules i am eligible for ILR application ?

Salary in first employement = 33K
Salary in 2nd Employement = 30K right now i am due an increment as well so hopefully before April i will get an increment.
