Spouse visa timeline

Post by MrsCOE » Sun Jan 14, 2018 3:40 pm

Hello everyone. I trustvyour day has been good. I applied for a spousal visa in Oct and i got refused in Dec 28 however i picked up my letter in Jan 3 2018. The first reason for refusal is that i did not indicate the status of my spouse in the UK . However i included his british passport and also in the online application form page 9 i stated it therein where they asked for details and also included his passport number. The second reason is that thay said he has sponsored a leave to remain as spouse before insinuating that he has been married and broight someone over. Well the 2 reasons are false and baseless . I av lodged in my appeal on the 9th of Jan. Please am i also to send in physical copies to them as well cos i filled my appeal form online and We had a place where u can scan supporting documents to and i did that as well Am just wondering if am also going to send the physical copies as well. Also aw long does this appeal thing take. I am tayad of being away from my huby honestly.

Your post has been split into your own topic from the other member's thread you had tagged onto which had no relevance to your situation.

You should've considered sending Administrative review if you think home office made a mistake, because it's saves a lot of time and hassle.
Anyway good luck with appeal.
