5 Years or 10 Years

Hello Everyone,

I have been an active member in Entrepreneur Visa category, now its a time to move on to ILR. I have following query.

Initial Ent Visa received - June 2013 to June 2016
Extension received - 3 Oct 2017 - 3 Oct 2019(Unusually long wait of 16 mths to process extension)

My questions are

1. Can I apply for ILR in June 2018? on 5 years basis (if it gets rejected then can I continue my stay as I would have valid leave & then apply on 10 years basis on 25 Sept 2019)
2. I have 2 employees working without break since June 2016. Do I have enough working hours to apply for ILR in June 2018?

Thank you in advance

Yes

Yes as the new rule changes means the time for employment can be either 24 months of employment during the extension period OR any employment created within 12 months, immediately before ILR.
