SOC code update time

Just to avoid duplicate topics, I am posting my query here, there are some updates on the https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/updates
If you look for:

Updated:11 January 2018, see all updates

which included SOCS codes, so am I seeing it correctly, if the SOC codes have been updated?

Please advise.
