Update regarding English language & employees Id

I just spoke to home office regarding English language & employees Id requirement and got this these answers.
1- you can use old English test if the test centre is still on proved ukvi test centre & you used it in previous application so its just test centre not the test itself & you can leave the unique reference no empty & just send certificate.
2- you can use ID cards to prove employees nationality and when i ask for the reference she said check employing legal worker section in gov.uk website.
