Last week i came after 1 week holidays to Stansted Airport me and my British wife went together to the Immigration counter after checking on the system he told me to wait while further checks will be done he came after 10 minutes and said all good you can go now and i asked him that why i was stopped and he said as your previous application was refused thats why it comes up into the system and he told me to contact home office to update the system for next time so i wont be face this waiting
my question is this possible that home office can update their system so next time nobody will stop me or i have to go through the same procedure every time .

and secondly he wrote rbgx and and some numbers next to exit stamp i have no idea
could anyone please give me advice

Tia, hope you doing fine, i faced the same situation on my back from holiday at Heathrow aiport and officer suggested that i need to speak to homeoffice to update my records.
