PLEASE HELP UK VISA REFUND

Dear All,

10 working days didn't pass but I am panicking! If I did my refund right? I had more than 5 day before bio but I have cancelled my appointment and requested refund. Now when I log into my account I see that application completed, declaration signed but I cant press anything, it is like frozen now. I started to read email more carefully and worry now maybe I should fill refund form and give it to visa application centre and not just cancel and request refund online??? Fee was pain by credit card. Please help.
