Family members to switch to tier 1 Entrepreneur dependants

Good Evening,

I have got my tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, and I have already moved to UK,

My question is: My wife and kids already in the UK as dependants of my previous visa (non point based - leave to enter), can they apply to switch to tier 1 Entrepreneur visa dependants ( leave to remain) without going outside UK to apply, or they should apply for it from outside the country??

If they are on PBS dependant visa, they can remain on their visa until it is about to expire and simply extend. No need to change

Which nonPBS visa were you on before?

If they are on PBS dependant visa, they can remain on their visa until it is about to expire and simply extend. No need to change

They all have a valid dependants visa, valid until end of Nov 2018, details as below:

CATEGORY: NON POINTS-BASED WORKING VISAS
TYPE: DEPENDANTS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS

I have been on offshore worker visa, and I have applied for myself for tier 1 entrepreneur visa (initial application) from outside UK.

My family (wife and kids) are now in the UK, and I'm wondering if it will be possible for them to switch to tier 1 entrepreneur dependants within the country,
