Fiance visa

Post by Haykay » Wed Jan 17, 2018 11:54 pm

Hi i am asking a question regarding fiance visa to the uk.
My fiance is in hungary, and i want to apply for his fiance visa to the uk.
I realise that in order for me to do this i have to be earning the required salary of 18600.
I work two permanent jobs. I work 40 hours a week at the hourly rate of 7.50
And i work sunday 7.5 hours at the hourly rate of 8.22 every week.
Obviously after tax i do not earn the required 18600 but before tax i think i do.
Can someone tell me if this is correct. As i am nott sure if i am calculating this right. Thanks for your help. Also to mention i have been in these two jobs for about 2 years. I am naturalised british citizen.

Hungary is in the EU. If he is Hungarian, then he may come to the UK under the EEA regulations before Brexit.
Subsequently marry in the UK and then choose whether to apply under the Immigration Rules or remain under the EEA regulations.
