FLR(M) extension

Dear forum users,
I appreciate the efforts of everyone on this platform. Thanks for your inputs, I got my spouse visa in October. Although this sounds a bit too early, I have some concerns about the extension in ~2 years time. Due to work commitments, I have to stay in London during the week and go back home (in the west midlands) on Fridays to save costs. All my correspondence goes to our rented apartment and my wife and I have shared responsibilities. Would this living arrangement affect us in any way when we want to apply for the extension? Please advise.
