Tier 2 Dependent accommodation requirement?

Hi Team,

I have seen this topic, but it didn't lead to a conclusive end. I was not sure if I am allowed to comment/reply there so admins, my apologies if I shouldn't start a new topic.

Quick insight: I have my son's Tier 2 Dep (outside UK) application submitted and the VFS appointment is on 1st Feb2018.

Query -
1) Is a tenancy agreement necessary for Tier 2 Dep application? (I am submitting driver's license as proof of address)
2) My tenancy agreement has now run out of dates mentioned but I am still continuing the same house on good terms, can I use the same document or should I renew my agreement and submit? (if I have to submit the tenancy agreement)
