Hello guys hope you are well.I am going to explain my case below.
I came to uk as a students in april 2007..i was student till 2012 then psw till 2014 then entrepreneur till Dec 2017....Unfortunately i went to pakistan due in some emergency in july 2016, i stayed there for 15 days only.on return i was stopped by borders force and was asking for bank statements of 30000£,and proof of 20000£ which was i have invested....i have sent them these documents via recorded delivery proof is with me, but they said we havnot received the required document's and cancelled my leave...they give me Admin Reviews which i have done on time but they havenot send me decision of Admin Reviews till now.....one of the crazy solicitors applied ILR on 10 years basis for me to complete the 10 years periods till april 2017....in June 2017 i got regusal of my ILR stating i don't have contines leaves after 16th sep 2016 the date home office had made decision againt my admin reviews....i applied for JR they gave me hearing date in Feb 2018...any one suggests me good solicitors and barrister and is my 3C really broken cuz home office have not served me the decisions and what about my old visa cancelation i have proof of sending them the required document's....any one have suggestions please

Your heading says refused based on Section 3C. If your AR was rejected, then you don't have Section 3C.
You say you applied for JR. If you did not receive the AR rejection, why did you go for JR ?

Thanks for the reply... when they cancelled my visa
Have applied for out of time ILR which was refused by home office after completion of my 10 years and give me out of country appeals so i applied for JR against ILR decisions....the positive point is caseworker raised i have sections 3c broken cuz home office had made decision against my Admin Reviews and served on me but they havnot served on me due to which my 3c is still on cuz they havenot served me with AR decisions

Ok. You 3C was broken when the AR was refused.
What makes you say the AR rejection was not served ?
The fact that you have not received the AR decision is not proof that it was not served.

Ok. So then it should be positively resolved for you as it appears there is no fault on your end.
I assume you used a solicitor to file for JR, so why are you looking for a new Solicitor ?
I expect HO will probably reverse the decision even before it gets to trial.

I am not HAPPY with grounds written by my previous SOLICITORS.....cuz he is not proficient in english so there was too much mistake in his English writing.now i would love to find solicitors who can write proper ground in professional way.
