Apply for ILR?

Post by anashir » Mon Jan 22, 2018 9:54 pm

I came to Uk on 1st March 2012 under Tier 5 International agreement visa for 2 years. After that I got Tier 2 General. Can I apply for ILR this March or I have to wait till next March (2019) to be eligible for ILR?

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
