BRP Collection query

I will be travelling to UK on 25th Jan along with my Spouse and my Child and will possibly collect the BRP on the same day

But due to some constraints, my Spouse and my Child will go back to India by 27th or 28th Jan.

Just want to know if this is OK and will they be able to come back after 2 months w/o any issues or is there any rules which says you need to stay for a minimum of some days after collecting the BRP ?
