Hi, My tier 2 general visa got rejected on august 21 , 2017 . It's been more than 90 days and immigration skill charge is not refunded to the employer. Employer called UKVI and made a request for the refund before 15 days. There is no response from UKVI till now via email. What can we do next to get the money refunded. Is there anyone here who had a similar situation and got the money refunded? Please advice the next steps. My employer has taken a stand that they will start the process to apply again only after this gets refunded. Your valuable comments are highly appreciated. Many thanks
